How to become a Bolt Food, Wolt or Glovo courier: the steps
Updated · 2 min read
No CV, no interview, no experience needed. You need a phone, valid documents and a way to get around. This is the path, step by step, when you go through me.
1. Leave your name and phone number
On the site you fill in three fields: name, phone, city. It takes under a minute. If you like, add your vehicle, preferred app and the language you want to talk in.
2. I call you within 24 hours
We talk about how many hours you want, which vehicle and where you live. I give you the real numbers, the commission and the right contract type. If it doesn't suit you, we stop there and it costs you nothing.
3. We prepare the documents
- Romanian citizens: ID card, bank account, smartphone.
- EU citizens: passport or ID card, registration certificate, bank account.
- Non-EU: passport, valid residence permit, work permit or right to work, bank account.
4. You sign the contract
You work legally, with papers, through a partner fleet. You can be employed part-time (4h), full-time (8h), or work as a PFA (self-employed) if you already have one. I explain the differences first, so there are no surprises with the money.
5. App account and day one
We set up your account in the courier app (Bolt Food, Wolt or Glovo). On day one I show you how to accept an order, pick up from the restaurant and mark the delivery. After the first few orders it becomes routine.
Usually 2–3 days pass from applying to your first order.
What you need
- 18 or older.
- A smartphone with mobile data and a good battery. A power bank saves you a lot of stress.
- A bike, scooter or car. If you don't have one yet, tell me on the phone and we'll find a way.
- An insulated delivery bag.
Mistakes to avoid at the start
- Going online only in dead hours and concluding there are no orders. Start with lunch and dinner.
- Accepting orders far from your area in the first days. Learn your own neighbourhood first.
- Paying someone to make you an account. With me you pay nothing.
