Bolt Food, Wolt or Glovo: which app should you deliver for

People often ask me which app "pays best". Short answer: the difference between them is smaller than the difference between a good hour and a bad one. The long answer is below.
The three, briefly
- Bolt Food: same family as Bolt (rides and scooters), a company from Estonia. Very well known in Romania's big cities.
- Wolt: a company from Finland, part of the DoorDash group since 2022. Focused on local restaurants and shops.
- Glovo: a company from Spain, majority owned by Delivery Hero. Delivers food but also groceries and other products.
What actually matters to you
- How many orders the app has in your area, at your hours. This changes from neighbourhood to neighbourhood.
- How far restaurants are from customers. Short, frequent trips mean more per hour.
- How well the app runs on your phone and how clear support is when something goes wrong.
How we choose together
On the phone I tell you in which areas and at which hours each app does well, from what I see with the couriers I work with. We start on the app that makes sense for you. If after a few weeks another one looks better, we talk.
My commission is the same, 10%, whichever app you use.
Can I work on more than one?
It depends on the contract and the partner fleet. Some couriers prefer to stay on one app to build their rhythm and history there. I tell you exactly what's possible in your case.
