1. Who handles your data: Rusu Mihnea. Reach me at 0737 605 350 or [email protected].
2. When you apply you send me your name, phone, city and whatever else you pick in the form (vehicle, app, citizenship, language). I also keep the date, the page you applied from and your IP address, to stop spam.
3. I use it to call you about the job and connect you with a partner fleet, because you asked me to (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). The IP is used only against abuse (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Who else sees it: the partner fleet, only if you want to go ahead. I get a Telegram notification (servers outside the EU) with your name, phone and city. The site and database run on my own server. I don't sell data to anyone.
5. The chat on this site is an AI assistant, not a person. What you write there is sent to DeepSeek, a company in China, to generate the answer. China has no data protection level recognised by the EU, so you use the chat only if you accept this (GDPR art. 49(1)(a)). Don't write anything you don't want to share.
6. I keep chat conversations for 3 months and applications for 12 months. Then they are deleted automatically.
7. You can see your data, correct it, delete it, get it in a file, object, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. I reply within one month.
8. If you think I didn't respect your rights, you can complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority (dataprotection.ro).
9. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The chat keeps the conversation in your browser only until you close the tab.
